Terms of Service

Last updated: 18 June 2026

These terms govern your use of the CardialOS mobile app ("CardialOS", "the app"). By using CardialOS you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Not medical advice. CardialOS is a fitness and wellness tool for informational purposes only. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition. Its readings are estimates derived from consumer sensors and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional about your health, and never disregard or delay professional medical advice because of something you saw in CardialOS. In an emergency, contact your local emergency services.

Using CardialOS

CardialOS reads health data from Apple Health / Health Connect with your permission and computes training and recovery insights on your device. You are responsible for the device and accounts you use it with, and for using the app in line with applicable law.

Acceptable use

No warranty

CardialOS is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and accuracy. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that its readings are accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, thetinyapp and its contributors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of — or inability to use — CardialOS, including any reliance on its readings.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
