How do I add, edit, or delete a task?

Tap the + button to add a task. You can give it a due date and a priority (none, low, medium, or high). Tap a task to edit it, and use the delete action to remove one. Accidentally deleted something? Use Undo right after deleting to bring it back.

How do I mark a task complete?

Tap the checkmark on a task to toggle it complete or incomplete. Completed tasks move to the Completed tab, and pending ones stay under Pending. You can clear them all with Delete All on the Completed tab.

Can I search and sort my tasks?

Yes. Use search to filter your tasks by text, and the sort option to order them (for example by due date or priority). Both apply to the Pending and Completed tabs.

How do I change the language or theme?

Simple TODO supports 11 languages (including right-to-left Arabic) and both light and dark themes. Change them in the app's settings; your choice is saved on your device.

Where is my data stored? Will I lose it?

Everything you create stays on your device — Simple TODO has no account and works fully offline. Because of that, deleting the app removes all of its data, and tasks do not sync between devices. We never receive or store your tasks. Details are in our Privacy Policy.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your tasks never leave your device. We collect only anonymized product-usage and crash diagnostics to keep the app working well — never the content of your tasks. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.
